Humanities Fair and cross-country

A busy end to Term 1, with the Humanities Fair at the Primary Campus and the annual cross-country for every grade.

It is week 8 at Goroka Grammar School, a very busy time of the term for teachers and students.

On Friday 22 March the school hosts its Humanities Fair at the Primary Campus: a day of time and geographic travel celebrating the humanities. All parents and guardians are welcome. The gate fee is K5, and tickets can be bought in advance from the school office.

On Thursday of the following week the school holds its annual cross-country at the Primary Campus. All grades take part, and there is a special open event for teachers and parents. It starts at 9 am and runs until lunchtime.

Good Friday and Easter Monday (1 April) are public holidays. End-of-term tests and exams run from Tuesday to Thursday that week, and Term 1 ends on Thursday 4 April.
